Automatische Extraktion von IT-Anforderungsprofilen aus Stellenausschreibungen im Bereich eGovernment

AI is rapidly changing job profiles, that is particularly true for IT job profiles. Digitisation of German administration is often perceived as slow and insufficient. The most important enabler for digital transformation of public administration is the availability of suitable experts. Therefore, the skills searched for in public job ads can be seen as indication of the degree of digitisation.

We have a never before analysed data set of more than 37,000 public administration job postings. The goal of this project is to use NLP technology to automatically identify IT job skills searched for in public administration job postings.
